Why is a student's grade over 100% in Cloud but only 100% in my LMS?

Some LMSs allow us to transfer grades over 100%, and some do not. If a student received a score over 100% on their Cloud lesson but your LMS does not accept scores over 100% from the Cloud integration, Cloud will transfer 100% instead.

We recommend contacting the LMS administrator at your institution so they can investigate whether your LMS is set up to accommodate scores over 100%
