What do I do if the new Gradebook link takes me to the Dashboard (or another page)?

The following steps only work with Google Chrome. Make sure you have the latest version of Chrome.

1. In Chrome, select your "Customize and Control" panel to the right of your URL bar.

2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.

3. Select "Privacy and security"

4. Select "Cookies and other site data"

The "(not recommended)" sounds scary, but don't worry! You won't lose any data and we will be correcting this choice in the next step.

6. Select "Allow all cookies"

7. In your browser window that is logged into Cloud, select "Logout" in the top right of the page

8. Log in to your Cloud account

If you normally access Cloud through an LMS, use the same credentials that you use with that LMS. For this step of the process, you must log in through this page and not your LMS.
