When selecting a lesson link in your LMS, you may see a 404 error message.
The most common reasons for this error are described below.
If you see this error when selecting a lesson during LTI setup, it means that the LTI Admin Settings for the institution are incorrect or missing, or that the course's Client ID and/or Deployment ID are incorrect are missing.
If you are using LTI 1.3, you may have missed a crucial step in introducing your LMS to Cloud.
