This error can occur in the following situations:
- When an instructor's email from the LMS does not match their email in SI Cloud
- When a course designer/admin selects the link in the LMS and is not the course instructor in SI Cloud
1. If you are an instructor, verify that your email address matches the one registered in Cloud
If you are a Course Designer or LMS Admin, have the instructor click on the course link to see if they get the error as well. If they do, have them complete the steps below.
1.1. Sign into the SI Cloud
You can do so here: myhol.holscience.com
If you don't have an account in the SI Cloud, please contact your distance learning representative.
2. Change the email address in your Cloud account to match the email address used by your LMS account
If the email address shown already matches the email associated with your LMS account, contact your distance learning representative.
