Make use of these troubleshooting steps if any of the following are occurring for lessons that are fully graded:
- No grades are transferring into the LMS for any lesson.
- Only some students' grades are transferring into the LMS for a given lesson.
- Some lessons are transferring while others are not.
- SI Cloud Gradebook is showing "sync failed"
Instructors and students should access SI Cloud using Firefox, Chrome, or Safari web browsers to ensure compatibility.
1. Verify that your lessons are graded
Grades will not transfer until the student has completed and submitted the lesson, and then the instructor has fully graded the lesson.
2. Ensure Students are Accessing Their Lesson Correctly
Students should be accessing the lessons by clicking on each lesson link in your LMS. This establishes a link so that SI Cloud can transfer that lesson's grades into your LMS. Be aware that it can take up to 10 minutes for the grades to start to automatically sync.
3. Check that your SI Cloud Class list matches your LMS Class list
If there are students who have dropped the course in your LMS you should remove them from your class list in SI Cloud. Follow these steps to remove those dropped students.
4. Verify that your LTI is set up correctly.
