1. Check that the lesson links are opening in a new window.
- Blackboard (Classic)
- Blackboard Ultra
- Canvas
- D2L/ Brightspace
- Moodle
2. Check that the course has the correct instructor information in Cloud
The course in Cloud must have the same instructor (and instructor's email) as it has in your LMS.
3. Select the "Back" button on your web browser.
4. Clear your browser's Cookies and Cache, going back at least 24 hours.
5. Select the page that originally gave you the error message.
