1. In your Institution Overview page in Cloud, select "LTI Admin Settings"
2. In the "Learning Management System" drop-down, select "Blackboard"
3. In "LTI Integration Method", select "LTI 1.3 Advantage (Recommended)"
4. Open a new browser tab and access your school's Blackboard environment
5. Copy the web address displayed in your browser
6. In your SI Cloud tab, paste the web address into the "Base API URL" field
7. Select "Save" at the top of the page
