Class Grades and the Gradebook
Selecting the Class Grades menu option navigates you to where you can perform a search for student grades within the Gradebook. To review how to grade in the SI Lab Portal Gradebook, review Grading in the SI Lab Portal.
Item Statistics
The Item Statistics option from the Gradebook menu allows you to view the statistics for all pieces of content simultaneously that are contained within an activity. Item statistics are generated based on how your students perform within the content.
Grade Reports
Grade Reports can be created in this tab to provide snapshots of a student's grades to date. These reports are highly customizable, and can be made visible to students. With the Grade Reports menu option, you can edit and manage your Grade Reports, as well as view and export your students' results as Grade Reports.
Rubric Tables
If you are utilizing the SI Lab Portal in combination with non-portal (external) activities, you can design rubrics for these activities here.
Regrade Jobs
Sometimes, revisions need to be made to questions within an activity that has already been graded, for example an incorrect answer marked in a multiple-choice activity. In some cases, these assignments can be set to auto-regrade. In others, regrade opportunities and their status will be recorded on the Regrade Jobs page.
