Once a policy set has been created, it can be applied to an activity (lesson and/or assignment). In some cases, you may wish to apply the same policy set across all activities, or a subset of activities (e.g., all lessons or all assignments). This article will provide an overview of how to apply lesson policy to activities in bulk.
1. On the course homepage, select the "Content Repository."
2. Navigate to the "Lessons & Assignments" tab.
When entering the content repository, check that "Current Course" is selected under the Source tab and that "Lessons & Assignments" are selected in the Current Course tab.
From here, you can apply a lesson policy to all activities in the content repository, or assign a policy based on type of activity (e.g., lessons only, assignments only).

Bulk Apply a Policy to All Activities
3. In the "Lessons & Assignments" tab, select "All Lessons & Assignments."
4. Select the checkbox next to "All."
5. Select "Apply Policy Set."
6. Select the policy set to be applied to the activities.
7. Select "Apply" to apply the policy set.
Once a policy set has been selected, a read-only preview will be displayed. Make sure you have selected the correct policy set, then select "Apply."
8. Upon hitting apply, you will receive a confirmation that the policy set has been applied to the activities.
Bulk Apply a Policy to a Subset of Activities
9. Select the desired activity type in the "Lessons & Assignments" tab.
Once you have entered the "Lessons & Assignments" tab, select "Lessons" to bulk apply a policy set to the Exploration and Experimentation sections. Select "Assignment" to apply a policy set to the Evaluation only.
10. Select "All Lessons" in the Lesson tab.
11. Select the checkbox next to "All."
12. Select "Apply Policy Set."
13. Select the policy set to be applied to the activities.
14. Select "Apply" to apply the policy set.
Once a policy set has been selected, a read-only preview will be displayed. Make sure you have selected the correct policy set, then select "Apply."
15. Upon hitting apply, you will receive a confirmation that the policy set has been applied to the lessons or assignments.
